i have dark olive skin with dark black hair, whats the best top and jacket to wear with brown cowboy boots

Im either going to wear: A denim skirt black tights and beige cowboy boots or a LBD black tights and black boots. WHich is the best look?

i like my cowboy boots but I have long skinny legs and there pretty big around my calves where the boot flaps back and fourth.. I guess is there anything I can do to fix that? Does it look weired? And also how should i wear my jeans because I cant put my jeans over them because you can see the boot and it just looks weird and even if i wear skinny jeans the boot is still big around my calves.. any suggestions?

My girlfriend just helped me pick out my first pair of cowboy boots. She knows the ins and outs of wearing the boots the right way, (the cowboy way) but im trying not to look overly country. I’ve wanted a pair for years and now i have them. Im just not sure what to pair them with. Jeans and a button up shirt? They are dark brown with a slight red tint and beautiuful. The most comfortable thing i have ever put on. My style has always been a slightly southern rock style, most of my shirts are double pocket with snaps. I think the boots can add to my style. Any kind of warnings or tips out there? Please help!!
