My girlfriend just helped me pick out my first pair of cowboy boots. She knows the ins and outs of wearing the boots the right way, (the cowboy way) but im trying not to look overly country. I’ve wanted a pair for years and now i have them. Im just not sure what to pair them with. Jeans and a button up shirt? They are dark brown with a slight red tint and beautiuful. The most comfortable thing i have ever put on. My style has always been a slightly southern rock style, most of my shirts are double pocket with snaps. I think the boots can add to my style. Any kind of warnings or tips out there? Please help!!
Okay so I had a question on here earlier about how to fix my school outfit and people said to just wear it with shorts which will work out great! But… now I am not sure what shoes to wear!!! I will post a pic of the outfit below (but I will be wearing white shorts with it instead of the jeans) and they come about to mid finger length. What shoes do I wear?????

I want to dress slighlty hippie, but without going too crazy. I want to dress kind of like Mischa Barton does in the latest teen Vogue. Should I wear cowboy boots with my jeans tucked in. By the way, I LOVE standing out, but I want to be easy on my mom!!! I could use outfits, hairsyles, and makeup.
